I'm a strategic leader driven by a passion for excellence. Throughout my career, I've been on a constant quest for improvement. I even catch myself extending this ethos into my private life.
I've delved into strategic projects, successfully navigating large-scale corporate restructuring programs with precision and empathy.
I bring a wealth of experience in high-tech and heavy industries, where I've built up adequate setups for new technologies and manufacturing sites. I've had the opportunity to drive this in both declining and growing organizations, leading teams through various challenges.
Beyond the boardroom, I draw inspiration from the world of art and design. My leisure time is enriched by a passion for culinary exploration.

Welcome to my personal page.
At BMW Group, I learned how to plan, develop, launch, and maintain products for a specific audience's needs - for the revered brand MINI - and how to adapt technical innovations to cater to those needs.
Moving on to work in an industry I call my passion was an important pivot to me: Music Tech, Audio, their creation, and tools that help with that - software, hardware, and embedded. I draw inspiration from spending my free time in my home studio getting creative with music.
Since 2010, I've enjoyed accompanying clients as an independent Advisor. Today, I work in the field of AI based voice assistants. Recent developments in the field of Generative AI are remarkable, and we're just at the very beginning - the 2020's for AI might be what the millennium turn era was for the internet.
A properly established product-centric mindset and organization ensures building the right things in the right way. If played well, Product Management fosters innovation to create unique offerings, and as a result enables product-led growth.
